       Pursuant to Connecticut Rules of Civil Procedure, the Plaintiff hereby requests an

Extension of Time of fifteen (15) days up to and including March 26, 2024, which to provide a

response to the defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment dated January 22, 2024. In support

hereof, the undersigned represents that additional time is needed to gather the necessary

information and prepare the appropriate response for the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff represents that

the granting of this motion will not unduly delay the trial of this matter and will not prejudice the

defendant. Trial in this matter is not yet scheduled.
