The plaintiff filed this action on August 7, 2020. 2. A final judgment of foreclosure was entered on September 29, 2021. 3. The foreclosure sale was held on April 19, 2022. 4, The Movant, Grace Ren was the successful bidder at the sale. The following is a break down of the amount bid and paid: Final Bid amount $1,330,000.00; Clerk reopen fee $ 50.00; Clerk registry fee $ 19,957.50; and Total paid $1,350,007.50. A copy of the clerk’s receipt is attached. 5. The court on August 12, 2022 entered an order quashing service ofprocess and setting aside the clerk’s default, Final Judgment and Sale. A copy of the order is attached. 6. The movant along with this motion has filed a motion for the disbursement of the court registry funds back to her and a motion to tax the costs of the court registry fees to the plaintiff. The motions are incorporated by reference. 7. The movant has an interest in this pending litigation and the property the court is holding. 8. The intervention would be limited to the issues raised in the referenced motions.
