This matter came before the court on Plaintiff’s Motion for Entry 0f Default Judgment and
Affidavit in Support 0f Motion for Entry of Default Judgment.
Having reviewed said Motion and Affidavit and the pleadings 0n file in this case, the COURT
FINDS that Defendant, CRYSTAL M BROWNING ,
was served with the Summons and Complaint, that
Defendant has failed t0 file an Answer or other responsive pleading as 0f the date 0f this Order which is
more than twenty (20) days after service 0f process 0n Defendant, that Defendant is not an infant 0r
incompetent nor currently in military service, and that Plaintiff is entitled to a judgment against
Defendant for damages and costs 0f court, plus post-judgment interest as allowed by law, and post—
judgment costs 0f collection including those for executions, judgment liens, proceedings supplemental,
and garnishments, which may issue hereafter.
It is, therefore, hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT:
A judgment is entered for Plaintiff MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT, INC. against Defendant
CRYSTAL M BROWNING in this cause in the sum 0f $777.87, together with post-judgment interest
thereon at the rate 0f eight percent (8%) from the date 0f this judgment until satisfied, as provided by law,
plus Plaintiff‘s court costs expended herein, and costs for the filing of any executions, including judgment
liens, proceedings supplemental, and garnishments, which may issue hereafter until this judgment is
satisfied.
