                          DEFAULT JUDGMENT DANNY WILSON SHARPE

         At the hearing on this cause Plaintiff, GEICO County Mutual Insurance Company,
appeared through attorney of record. Defendants, who were duly cited to appear and
answer herein, have failed to appear. The Court has considered the pleadings and
official records on file in this cause and the evidence and is of the opinion that judgment
should be rendered for Plaintiff.

          The Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter and parties to this proceeding.

      It is accordingly ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Plaintiff,
GEICO County Mutual Insurance Company recover from Defendants Danny Wilson
Sharpe and Danny Wilson Sharpe, judgment for:

          1. the sum of $11,536.36.

          2. reasonable attorney's fees, pursuant to Texas Insurance Code §542.302 in
             the amount of $500.00,

          3. costs of court; and,

          4. interest at the rate of 5.00% per annum on the judgment from the date of filing
             until paid.

        It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that Plaintiff
and Defendants are permitted to enter into written agreements to pay this judgment in
installments pursuant to Texas Transportation Code section 601.335 without further
motion to and order of this Court. Said agreements shall be signed in the presence of
notary publics by Danny Wilson Sharpe and Rathbone Group, LLC, attorneys of record
for GEICO County Mutual Insurance Company.

IT IS ORDERED that this judgment disposes of all parties and all causes of action, and
is appealable.
