and upon the Affirmation of Adam Nichols, Esq. dated February 28, 2024 and the exhibits annexed
thereto, and the petition having come on to be regularly heard by the Court on March 20, 2024 and
there being no opposition thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, you are authorized and commanded to execute and enforce the
judgment entered herein and satisfy same to the extent possible from the proceeds of that certain
account or funds held and safety deposit boxes, if any, at JP Morgan Chase Bank. held by the
judgment debtors; and it is hereby
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that JP Morgan Chase Bank is directed to turn over to the
Petitioner, PALADIN FUNDING GROUP, any and all funds in the accounts of judgment debtors
CAR HOUSE LLC / FOREVER TAN & SPA, INC. / DBA CAR HOUSE AND IZABELA M
LABNO held in said bank, up to a maximum amount of $26,598.07, plus interest at 9% from the
date of judgment.
