Dear Judge Davis:

       Please allow this letter to serve as an update in advance of the July 19, 2023 conference. On or
about April 10, 2023, my office noticed Plaintiff for an Independent Medical Examination. A copy of
our IME notice is enclosed herewith. I was just informed that Plaintiff failed to show for her IME (was
advised when I asked for a status of the IME report), and my office was assessed with a $500 no show
fee, a copy of which is enclosed herewith. I respectfully wish to discuss this development at the
upcoming court conference.
