[PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL OF DEFENDANT DOMINIC WILLIAMS
CASE NO. 21-CIV-03843
Upon consideration of Plaintiff’s request to voluntarily dismiss this action, without prejudice,
against Defendant Dominic Williams, and the supporting Declaration of John T. Jasnoch, and for
good cause shown, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Court GRANTS Plaintiff’s request for
voluntary dismissal of Defendant Dominic Williams, without prejudice. Additionally, because no
class has been certified and the requested dismissal will not affect the contours of the proposed class,
the dismissal will not prejudice proposed class members and notice to them is not necessary pursuant
to Rule 3.770(c) of the California Rules of Court. Accordingly, Defendant Dominic Williams is
hereby dismissed from this action without prejudice, with each side to bear its own costs.
