NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced and is now pending
in this Court upon the Complaint of the above-named Plaintiff, ILHAM AFIFI, based on an
action for a Constructive Trust of an agreement to convey land; (1) setting aside, cancelling and
declaring null and void any and all conveyances with respect to a certain real property (listed
herein) from Defendant, AHMED ZAKY, to any other party; (2) restraining Defendant from
transferring, conveying or otherwise encumbering the real property; and (3) impressing a lien as
of the date of commencement of this action upon the premises to assure the performance of the
acts and things directed or required by the Court to be done by the Defendant; and that the real
property in the County of Nassau affected thereby is particularly described as all that certain plot,
piece, or parcel or land, with buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being in the County of NASSAU, State of New York and known by legal address: 581
Meacham Avenue, Elmont, New York 11003; Section: 35, Block: 536, Lot: 67. The property
affected by this action is situated entirely within the County of NASSAU as indicated and is
bounded and described as follows:

All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the Town of Hempstead, County
of Nassau and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Meacham Avenue, distant 249 feet southerly from the
comer formed by the intersection of the easterly side of Meacham Avenue with the
"G"
southerly side of Street;
. RUNNING THENCE easterly on a line forming right aninterior angle of 89 degrees 48 minutes 31
seconds with the easterly side of Meacham Avenue; 98.97 feet;
RUNNING THENCE southerly on a line forming an interior angle of 92 degrees 43 minutes 23 seconds
with the last mentioned course, 62.01 feet;
RUNNING THENCE westerly on a line forming an interior angle of 90 degrees 11 minutes 29 seconds
with the easterly side of Meacham Avenue, 101.71 feet to the easterly side of Meacham Avenue; and
RUNNING THENCE northerly along the easterly side of Meacham Avenue 63.94 feet to the point or
place of BEGINNING.
SAID premises known as 581 Meacham Avenue, Elmont, NY.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES conveyed to party of the first party by deed dated 9/9/03 recorded
10/14/03 Liber 11681 Pages 515-517.
