                  Per my prior correspondence, this office represents Charity Akakpo, RN in connection with
          correspondence she received from you on February 7, 2023. We have written you multiple times
          seeking a conference to discuss Ms. Akakpo’s case along many other nurses we represent. Ms.
          Akakpo completed her RN education program at Med Life Institute in June 2015. Copies of her
          transcript and Associates Degree are attached to verify same.

                  Your most recent update posted on your website indicates the timeframe involved for this
          nursing school begins in October 2016, more than a year after Ms. Akakpo
          graduated. Accordingly, we trust that this concludes your inquiry with respect to Ms. Akakpo’s
          nursing education and license. If you have any further questions, please contact me at your earliest
          convenience. If we do not hear otherwise from you, we are going to close our file with respect to
          Ms. Akakpo and advise her and her employer that her license and nursing training are no longer
