    Can you pls get back to me on the following:

    4. has Thomas signed the judgment yet on that branch of the case that | am appealing?

    2. have you been able to find out whether the earnout letter, that David did not have any earnouts during the time in
    question, is in evidence? and

    3.   David just emphasized to me that he will not allow my brief to be filed until you've reviewed it.
