Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared Anthony R. Smith, Esquire,
who, after being duly sworn, upon oath deposes and says as follows:
1 lam an attorney of record for the Plaintiff in this action.
2 Diligent search and inquiry has been made to discover the current residence(s) of
Eric Ritchie Gilmore. The efforts made are set forth in detail in the Affidavit of Diligent Search
and Inquiry, attached and incorporated herein as Exhibit “1.” The Affidavit(s)/Return(s) of Non-
Service is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit “2.”
3 Diligent efforts have been made to discover the identity of the heirs and/or
beneficiaries of the Estate of Ritchie Gilmore. The undersigned has searched for and/or
reviewed any probate records, obituary of the deceased, guardian ad litem report, and/or other
documents available to discover the identity of such heirs and beneficiaries.

4. The Plaintiff has given notice and served all parties known to claim an interest in
the subject property except for Eric Ritchie Gilmore; Unknown Heir, Beneficiary and Devisee |
of the Estate of Arnold Ritchie Gilmore, Deceased; and Unknown Heir, Beneficiary and Devisee
2 of the Estate of Arnold Ritchie Gilmore, Deceased. If any other party claims any such interest,
their identity is unknown.
5 After a diligent search and inquiry, the current residence of the Defendants, is
unknown and affiant is unable to determine if said Defendants, are living or dead.
6 The affiant believes that there is no person in the State of Florida upon whom
service of process would bind said Defendants.
