undersigned will move this Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York, 60
Center Street, New York, New York, New York, at 9:30 a.m. at an IAS Part, Room 130 on
JANUARY 29, 2024 or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard for an Order:
1. Granting the plaintiff default pursuant to CPLR 3215 and permitting the
plaintiff to submit to the Court a proposed judgment for a sum certain or
ALTERNATIVELY setting this matter down for an inquest;
2. Granting such other and further relief as this Court may deem just and
proper;
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that pursuant to CPLR 2214(b), all answering
affidavits, if any, must be served upon the undersigned at least seven (7) days prior to the return
date of this motion
