We identified John M. Frew, DOB 7, most current listed address, via all databases searched, 39 Whitney Ave., Apt. 1/Apt. 2, Binghamton NY 13901. A check of his identified cell number, 607 727-0845, listed the same Whitney Ave. address, with a possible secondary address of 22 Moeller St., Binghamton NY 13904. The phone number was also recently associated with an Ashley Ireton, 41 Cleveland Ave., Apt. 2, Binghamton NY 13905. We did not find an obvious association between Ireton and Frew. The DMV listed a suspended DL registered to John Frew, same DOB, 39 Whitney Ave., Apt. 1, Binghamton NY 13901. The license was most recently suspended on 09/07/23 for failure to pay driver assessment. There were also suspensions on 07/11/23 for DWImpaired and 04/08/22 for Administrative review. The license expires 04/16/28, indicating it was renewed on or about 04/16/20. After our DOA, Frew had convictions in the City of Binghamton on 05/18/22 for Moved from Lane Unsafely and in the Town of Kirkwood on 08/03/22, for DWimpaired. Our 09/26/21 MVA is listed on the record, as is a 03/15/22 property damage MVA in Broome County NY. A copy of the DL record is attached. Mr. Frew listed no vehicles currently registered in his name. The most recently registered vehicle had plate surrenders on 03/21/22 and was listed at the same Whitney Ave.address. A copy is attached. Broome County property records did not show Mr. Frew to own any property in the County. We identified 4 Facebook pages for John Frews/John Frew, Sr., lives in/from Binghamton NY, but we were unable to confirm any as our subject. None of the pages were used recently. Copies area attached for reference. John Frew was not found to be incarcerated in the NYS or Broome County Corrections systems. May 2023 Google street level images were obtained of 39 Whitney Ave., Binghamton NY and are attached. The second number listed a current address for Ly as 56 North St., Binghamton NY 13905 and a secondary address of 10000 E. Fire Tower Rd., Lake Nebagamon WI 54849. None of our other databases indicated a residence in WI for LY, at any time. All listed former addresses were in Binghamton NY. The DMV listed a current, valid, Class D DL, registered to Anh The Ly, DOB 61, 56 North St., Binghamton NY 13905. The license expires 12/03/28, indicating it was renewed on or about 12/03/20. A most recent conviction was listed in the Town of Nichols, Tioga County on 06/14/23, for Failed to Yield ROW at Stop Sign. A copy of the record is attached. Ly has a lengthy vehicle registration history. All of Ly's registered vehicles, including the 6 currently registered vehicles, are listed at the same 26 North St. address in Binghamton. Copies of the records area attached. No Facebook page could be found for Anh Ly, in Binghamton NY. Anh Ly was not found to be incarcerated in the NYS or Broome County Correction Systems. May 2023 Google street level images were obtained of 56 North St., Binghamton NY 13905 and show there is a wood board across the front porch steps walkway, but there are vehicles parked behind the home. Daniel McGillicuddy Cc: Deborah Duffield Subject: Joseph Ortiz- John Frew Hi Dan, As discussed, we identified the owner of 39 Whitney Ave., Binghamton NY, as Robinson Plaza Realty, LLC, 125 Krager Rd., Binghamton NY 13904. A former owner was listed as George Frew. George Frew sold the property to Robinson Plaza Realty on 11/04/22. We attempted to ID a contact, contact phone number for the business, via various search methods, including Google and NY Corporate records, but none were found. We searched the address at 125 Krager and found no individuals with the last name of "Robinson", but found several apparent family members with the last name Maciak. After a few calls we were able to speak to Jarrad Maciak. Jarrad advised he is associated with the business and asked how he could help us. We explained the situation and Jarrad advised that the house at 39 Whitney was demolished a couple of months ago. He believes the resident of the home, just prior to it being demolished was John Frew, but he wasn't positive. He described Mr. Frew/the last resident of the home as a "squatter". He had to be evicted from the home so it could be demolished. Jarrad recalled the Sheriff's Dept. had to serve the man with an eviction notice to get him out of the home. Jarrad advised he has no idea where Mr. Frew/the man went after he was evicted or his current whereabouts.
