                IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the undersigned attorneys

         for Plaintiff and Defendants Mona Shah a/k/a Mehreen Shah, and Mona Shah & Associates,

         PLLC (such defendants hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Stipulating Defendants”), that the

         time for the Stipulating Defendants to answer the Verified Amended Complaint in this action or otherwise

         move with respect thereto, be hereby extended through and including February 9, 2024.

                IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED, that the Stipulating Defendants

         acknowledge and accept service of the Verified Amended Complaint and waive any defenses based

         upon any claim of improper service.

                IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED, that Stipulating Defendants’ Motion to

         Dismiss (Motion Seq. No. 1) is hereby withdrawn without prejudice to renewal or remaking of same

         with respect to the causes of action as now asserted in the Verified Amended Complaint.

                IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED, that this Stipulation may be signed in

         counterparts, and facsimile, electronic, or e-mail signatures shall be deemed originals for purposes

         of this Stipulation, and same can be filed with the Clerk of the Court without further notice.
