NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that an action has been commenced and is now pending in the
Supreme Court of Essex County upon the Complaint of the above named Plaintiff against the above
named defendants for the foreclosure of a mortgage dated January 21, 2014, executed by Steven Ladue
(who died on August 17, 2022, a resident of the county of Essex, State of New York) to secure the sum
of $82,500.00. The Mortgage was recorded atInstrument Number 2014-405 Book 2256, Page 129 in the
Office of the Essex County Clerk on February 3, 2014. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an
assignment executed February 3, 2023 and recorded on February 6, 2023, in the Office of the Essex
County Clerk at Instrument Number 2023-460.
AND, NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the mortgaged premises described in such
