               Expandent:



               1. Starting on 1/1/18 Expandent will have to invoice Baldwinsville Family Dental $31,250 per
               month for management and consulting services.

               2. Starting on 3/1/18 Expandent will have to invoice Central Square Smiles $8,333.33 per
               month for management and consulting services.

               3. Starting with the July 30th payroll Meagan Grossman will be paid for her dental hygienist
               consulting services $1,000 per week for a total of $22,000 for 2018. Of this amount here should
               be the weekly check:

          4. As of August 1st start paying for Meagan’s leased vehicle for travel she is doing.

          5. As of August 1st start paying Keyman for the maintenance contract.



          Baldwinsville Family:



          1. I have attached the new accounts letter for you to put on your letterhead and sign. I left it in
          word for you to chance signer or move around.

          2. Starting on 8/1/18 Kimber will have her vehicle lease payment paid by Baldwinsville
          Family. This will be part of the reconciliation at year end.

          3. As of August 1st start paying Keyman for a maintenance contract.

          4. Starting 1/1/18 start paying Expandent for management and consulting services. As cash is
          available start paying the back months.



          Central Square Smiles:



          1. As of 3/1/18 start paying Expandent for management and consulting services. As cash if
          available.

          2. As of August 1st start paying Keyman for maintenance contract.
