2024, and the affidavit of Thomas Gubitosi, sworn to October 8, 2023, the exhibits annexed
thereto and all prior proceedings heretofore had herein, Plaintiff will move this Court, on
JANUARY 17, 2024, at 10:00am or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, at the
courthouse located at 1 Court Street, Riverhead, New York, for an Order entering a money
judgment in favor of Plaintiff MARIE HOLDINGS, INC., against Defendants BRUCE
KENNEDY and BRUCE KENNEDY, P.C., and each of them, jointly and severally,
in the sum of EIGHT-HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND EIGHT-HUNDRED AND
SEVENTY DOLLARS ($890,870.00), with interest thereof from September 17, 2021; together
with cost and disbursements, and such other and further relief in Plaintiff’s favor as is deemed
just, equitable, and proper.
