       documents and the notice was in bold, fourteen-point type, with the title of the Notice in bold, twenty-point type to

       BRETT W. BELLOWS A K A BRETTY WAYNE BELLOWS at 529 Beckwith Road, SOUTHPORT PINE
       CITY, NY 14871 in the manner indicated below:

       SUITABLE AGE PERSON: By delivering a true copy of said documents to Madison Bellows, Daughter and
       Co-Occupant, a person of suitable age and discretion. Said premises is the usual place of abode of BRETT W.
       BELLOWS A K A BRETTY WAYNE BELLOWS within the state. An approximate description of Madison Bellows is
       as follows:
