3012-B Notice of Electronic Filing on GARETH D. MOSES at 318 Morse Memorial Hwy, Olmstedville, NY
12857 by affixing the aforementioned documents to the door of GARETH D. MOSES's said residence, since
admittance could not be obtained upon reasonable application or a person of suitable age and discretion found who
would receive same.
Deponent made prior efforts to effect personal service upon GARETH D. MOSES at the aforementioned address to
wit: 12/07/2023 at 8:20 AM, 12/07/2023 at 8:20 AM, 12/09/2023 at 10:20 AM, 12/09/2023 at 10:20 AM, 12/11/2023
at 7:25 PM, 12/11/2023 at 7:25 PM, 12/12/2023 at 1:55 PM
On 12/14/2023, deponent enclosed a copy of same in a first class postpaid envelope bearing the words "Personal &
Confidential"
properly addressed to defendant and defendants last known residence, at 318 Morse Memorial Hwy,
Olmstedville, NY 12857 and deposited said envelope in an official depository under the exclusive care and custody of
the U.S. Postal Service within New York State. The envelope did not indicate on the outside thereof, by return address
or otherwise, that the communication was from an attorney or concerned an action against the defendant.
Comments: Address was confirmed by a male neighbor around the corner on Wilson Rd. (no # and he refused his
name)
