PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO COMPEL DEFENDANT’S RESPONSES TO DISCOVERY
Pursuant to Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.380 and the Administrative Rules of this Court, Plaintiff,
ALEXANDER GRIJAK, moves this Court for an Order compelling discovery responses from
Defendant, MET Il HOTEL, LLC., d/b/a, JW MARRIOTT MARQUIS MIAMI, and states
1. On August 8, 2018, Plaintiff, ALEXANDER GRIJAK, served the Defendant,
MET II HOTEL, LLC., d/b/a, JW MARRIOTT MARQUIS MIAME, with Interrogatories
and an Initial Request for Production.
2. To date, the Defendant has failed to respond, answer, or file any objections to the
Initial Interrogatories and Initial Request for Production.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, ALEXANDER GRIJAK, respectfully requests that this Court
enter an Order compelling the Defendant, MET If HOTEL, LLC., d/b/a, JW MARRIOTT
MARQUIS MIAML to respond to the Initial Interrogatories and Initial Request for Production
dated August 8, 2018, no later than 10 days from the date of this Courts order and grant Plaintiff,ALEXANDER GRIJAK, any further relief this Court deems just and proper, including an
award of attorneys’ fees and costs.
