2. This action was instituted to foreclose a mortgage upon real property
located in the within County and State of New York. This affirmation is made for the purpose of
canceling the lis pendens which was filed in the Oswego County Clerk’s Office on October 24,
2023.
3. That no receiver has been appointed in this action.
4. That no referee has been appointed in this action.
5. That defendants have been served with the Summons and Complaint in the
above entitled action and their time to respond has expired.
6. Appearing parties, if any, have consented to the cancelation of this lis
pendens.
7. That the reason for this request for cancellation is that the loan has been
fully reinstated.
