number and filing date of the action were endorsed upon the face of the papers so served herein. On:
TRAVIS R SHARP, Defendant therein named, (hereinafter referred to as "subject") by personal service by
handing the following documents to an individual identified as TRAVIS R SHARPWhite Male, est. age 32,

DESCRIPTION OF ATTEMPT
I delivered the documents to TRAVIS R SHARP.
I asked the person spoken to, on whether the subject was in active military service or financially dependent upon any one who
is in the military service of the United States or the State of New York in any capacity whatsoever and received a negative
reply. The source of my information and belief are the conversations above narrated. Upon that information and belief I assert
that the recipient is not in the military service of New York State or of the United States as that term is defined either in the
State or Federal statuses.

Description: No answer at front door, though I could hear what sounded like a television or radio on inside.
There is a great Dane loose, but she didn't pose any threat. I secured my business card to the front door with
a note, asking subject to call me. Neighbor across the street at address 510, ide apartment, C, Hispanic male
approximately 60 years old, verified subject resides, naming him, pointing to his house, and describing his
dog. When I arrived, I recognized the house as I have been here before to service this subject back in January
2023.

house are a Chevrolet Camaro with Texas plate KBYE19 and a GMC Yukon with Texas plate AMYTRS.
