NOTICE
You have failed to pay the monthly principal and interest payment due 05/15/2022 and monthly thereafter.
You must take immediate action to remit the total sum of $1,582.63 which represents principal and interest
payments, as well as late fees, due 05/15/2022 through 08/14/2022.
This amount must be paid by 08/14/2022.
If this amount has not been paid by 08/14/2022 you will be in default, the Credit Union will require payment in
full, and this Credit Union or another person may acquire your Property by means of foreclosure and sale.

questions you have about the things stated in this notice.
Even though the Credit Union has required immediate payment in full, you have the right to have discontinued
any lawsuit brought by the Credit Union foreclosure and sale or for other enforcement of this Mortgage. You will
have this right at any time before a judgment has been entered enforcing your Mortgage if you meet the
following conditions:
(a) You pay the Credit Union the full amount that is due under your Mortgage and Note,
(b) You correct your failure to keep any of your other promises made in your Mortgage,
(c) You pay all of this Credit Union's reasonable expenses in enforcing your Mortgage including
reasonable attorney's fees incurred in this action,
(d) You demonstrate your ability to maintain your monthly payments in the future.
You have the right in any lawsuit for foreclosure and sale to argue that you did keep your promises under this
Note and Mortgage executed by you on 09/12/2008 and to present any other defenses you may have.
Your failure to correct this default in payments by 08/14/2022 will result in the commencement of legal
foreclosure proceedings.
If you have received a bankruptcy discharge of the indebtedness secured by the Mortgage, this letter is not an
attempt to collect the personal debt, but you will need to pay the total sum to avoid foreclosure.
10. If you fail to resolve this matter, you will no longer be classified as a member in good standing and future
account relationships with ESL Federal Credit Union will not be granted.
