WHEREAS, on June 27, 2023, The City of New York ("City") acquired, inter alia, title
to Manhattan Tax Block 708, Lot 48 ("Lot 48"), pursuant to its power of eminent domain, in this
proceeding (the "Proceeding"); and
WHEREAS, on July 11, 2023, Ridgewood Savings Bank ("Claimant"), as the holder of
mortgages encumbering Lot 48, filed a Notice of Claim (NYSCEF Doc. No. 31); and
WHEREAS, Claimant has been paid the monies owed to it out of the Advance Payment
issued by the City; and
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and among the attorneys for the
City and Claimant, as follows:
1. Claimant hereby withdraws with prejudice its claim, dated and filed on July 11, 2023
(NYSCEF Doc. No. 31).
