                     IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the undersigned, the

          attorneys of record for the respective parties herein, that Manhattan Checker Management Corp.

          (the “Fixture Claimant”) may have an extension of time from December 15, 2023 until February

          15, 2024 for the filing of their trade fixture claim; and it is further

                     STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the undersigned that electronic/pdf

          signatures shall be deemed equivalent to originals, and that this stipulation may be executed in

          counterparts.
