                  IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the undersigned counsel

                  1.        The time for Plaintiffs Andras Bago and Alexandra Gerea (together, “Plaintiffs”)

          to submit their reply papers in response to Defendants La Brochette, Inc and Aba Koiunov

          ( together, “Defendants”) opposition papers submitted in response to Plaintiffs’ motion for class

          certification (Motion Seq. 2) is hereby extended to December 22, 2023.

                 2.         This Stipulation may be executed in counterparts and delivered by electronic

          means, and signatures on this Stipulation delivered electronically shall be deemed originals .
