Notes of a Teams Mee ng held on 21 December 2022
In a endance:
Stuart Hamon – Oldfeld Limited (Law Firm)
Michael Scaglioni – Logistec
Pinchas B – Logistec
Jan Wimp eimer
Simche Fulda
In advance of the mee ng, a list of ques ons (a ached to these notes) had been provided to Oldfeld
Limited drawn up by Messer’s Fulda and Wimp eimer rela ng to the establishment and opera on
of the proposed Trust and Corporate structures to be implemented as part of the “East Hudson” and
associated company restructure.
At the mee ng, the ques on list was addressed one by one, with Oldfeld providing
answers/explana ons assisted in some instances by Logistec.
In conclusion, by the end of the mee ng both Mr Wimp eimer and Mr Fulda were sa sfied that the
proposed structure and its mechanism of opera on were acceptable to them and indeed that they
wished to proceed with the establishment of the proposed structure and restructuring therein and
further that they would issue request le ers to Oldfeld Limited to establish the structures as
proposed.
The mee ng was closed.
