The defendant, Amego, Inc. (“Amego”), hereby moves that this.Court reschedule the
motion of the plaintiff, Zachary Pike (“Pike”), for preliminary injunction currently scheduled for
November 30, 2023, at-2:00 pm, until a date and time that is.on or after Thursday, December 21,
2023. As grounds therefor, Amego states that Pike’s motion, was set for hearing on a short order
of notice, Amego only recently retained counsel to represent it in this matter,.and Amego’s
coutisel requires additional time to prepare a response to the motion. In.addition, Amego has
agreed that until such ‘time as the Court-hears.and issues a decision on the motion, it will not make
any alterations or improvements to the disputed portion of property described in Pike’s
Complaint. As a result, Pike will not suffer any prejudice as a result of this continuance, and he
assents to this motion.
