thotion of the plaintiff, Zachary.Pike (“Pike”), for preliminary: injunction currently scheduled for
November 30,.2023, at-2:00 pm, until a date and time that is.on or after Thursday, December 21,
2023. As grounds therefor, Amego states that Pike’s motion. was set‘for hearing on a short order
of notice, Amego only recently retained counsel to represent it in this matter,.and Amego’s
couiisel requires additional time to prepare a response to the motion. In.addition, Amego has
agreed that until such time as the Court-hears.and.issues a decision on the motion, it will not make
any alterations.or improvernents to the. disputed portion of property déscribed in Pike’s
Complaint. As a-result, Pike will not suffer any prejudice as a result of this continuance, and he
assents to this motion.
