PHTOOGRAPHS. ETC. 1-5. Annexed hereto is a google map color photograph of the subject accident location. The defendants are not aware of any surveillance videotapes taken in connection with the instant litigation. (B) RESPONSE TO DEMAND FOR PARTY STATEMENTS: The defendants are not aware of any adverse party statement other than the transcript of the 50-h hearing which has been exchanged with the parties to this litigation. (C) RESPONSE TO DEMAND FOR INSURANCE INFORMATION: 1-7. The defendants are self-insured up to $250,000.00. (D) RESPONSE TO DEMAND FOR WITNESS INFORMATION: 1-8. (G) RESPONSE TO DEMAND FOR VHEILCE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR: The request for maintenance and repair records of the defendant’s vehicle for a period of one (1) year prior to April 29, 2022, is objected to as being palpably improper, overbroad, unduly burdensome and lacking the specificity required by CPLR Article 31. (H) RESPONSE TO DEMAND FOR CONTRACTS: Not applicable, this litigation arises out of a motor vehicle accident.
