                  THIS   CAUSE   came before the Court on December       14, 2021, for   a Case Management
        Conference. The Court, having jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter of this action,
        having reviewed the court file and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, hereby orders the
        following:
                  1      Hearing on Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Final Judgment, filed October 6, 2020,
        is scheduled for Thursday, January 27, 2022, at 11:20 a.m. EST before the Honorable Victor J.
        Musleh, Senior Judge, at the Marion County Judicial Center, 110 NW 1* Avenue, Ocala, Florida,
         in the Grand Jury Room. Please check in with 2" floor Security upon arrival.
                 2.     Parties may appear electronically by connecting to Zoom via the website at
        www.zoom.us or by calling 1 786 635 1003 or 1 470 250 9358 and entering the Meeting ID: 557
        798 2370 and Passcode: 444738. If you choose to appear by Zoom, you must use a camera.
                3       The failure of either Party to appear at this hearing may result in dismissal of this
        matter or the entry of adverse Final Judgment. Hearing may not be cancelled or rescheduled
        without leave of court.
                4       The Court retains jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter to enforce the
        terms of this order and to enter any other orders that are necessary to carry out the intent of this
        ruling.
