Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, filed February 28, 2022. Having reviewed the Motion, the court file
and being advised in the premises, it is hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1 The Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale is granted.
2. The foreclosure sale scheduled for March 3, 2022, shall be cancelled.
3 In the event that a foreclosure sale is inadvertently conducted on March 3, 2022, it
shall be null and void without further order of this Court.
4 The foreclosure sale shall be rescheduled no sooner than 30 days from the date of
this Order.
5 Plaintiff shall serve a copy of this Order on each interested party not served by e-
mail designation.
