fully advised in its premises, this Court finds as follows:
1 Claimant LAURA WOOD COVELL filed the owner’s Claim for
Mortgage Foreclosure Surplus in this case on April 22, 2022,
the terms of which are adopted and incorporated herein by
xeference.
The amount of the Mortgage Foreclosure Surplus is $29,210.00.
3 The Clerk of Court charges $15.00 for processing.
The remaining Mortgage Foreclosure Surplus is $29,195.00.
It is, therefore, ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Court
shall release the $29,195 surplus to LAURA WOOD COVELL of 11105 N.
US Hwy 27, Ocala, FL 34482-1842.
