The Court makes the following findings and orders:

Plaintiff's Motion for an Order Compelling defendant/cross-complainant: World of Pentecost - Life Church to
Provide Written Responses and Documents to Demand for Production of Documents set two, and for the
imposition of monetary sanctions is granted. Responses due 15 days from today's date. Sanctions imposed in the
amount of $1,460 against defendant World of Pentecost Inc due and payable 30 days from today's date.

Plaintiff's Motion for an Order Compelling defendant/cross-complainant: World of Pentecost - Life Church to
Provide Court-Ordered Further Answers to Special Interrogatories, set one, and for the Payment of Previously
Ordered Sanctions, and the Imposition of Further Sanctions for Failure to Obey Court Order is granted in part and
denied in part. Motion denied as to request for terminating sanctions re: dismissal of defendant World of
Pentecost - Life Church's Answer to Complaint. Request for Sanctions is granted. Sanctions in the amount of $1,810
imposed against defendant World of Pentecost - Life Church due and payable 30 days from today's date.

The clerk's minutes will memorialize the fact that both counsel received verbal notice of the Court's ruling.
