Magistrate; no objections to said referral having been timely filed.

Plaintiff's Amended Motion for Summary Final Judgment filed on May 2, 2023.
FINDINGS:
This case was filed on January 13, 2022. All defendants have not been served. A Notice of
Action was filed on April 13, 2022, and was supposed to be on Unknown Heirs,
Beneficiaries, Devisees, Creditors, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Trustees and All Other
Parties Claiming an Interest By, Through, Under or Against the Estate of Christopher
Williams, Deceased, Christopher Chambers, and Andrea Dashawn Williams. There is a
Proof of Publication filed on June 15, 2022, but that shows service on Unknown Heirs,
Beneficiaries, Devisees, Creditors, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Trustees and All Other
Parties Claiming an Interest By, Through, Under or Against the Estate of Herbert S.
Morange a/k/a Herbert S. Morang, Jr., Deceased. Final Judgment was entered on December
6, 2022, and vacated on January 19, 2023 (the legal description needed to be corrected).
An Amended Complaint was filed on March 7, 2023, but no defendants have been served
since it was filed.
