This matter is properly before the undersigned pursuant to an Order of Referral to General
Magistrate; no objections to said referral having been timely filed.

Plaintiff's Amended Motion for Summary Final Judgment filed May 2, 2023
FINDINGS:
This case was filed on January 13, 2022. All defendants have not been served. A Notice of
Action was filed on April 13, 2022, and was supposed to be for service on the Unknown
Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Creditors, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Trustees and All
Other Parties Claiming an Interest By, Through, Under or Against the Estate of Christopher
Williams, Deceased, Christopher Chambers, and Andrea Dashawn Williams. There is a
Proof of Publication filed on June 15, 2022, but that shows service on Unknown Heirs,
Beneficiaries, Devisees, Creditors, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Trustees and All Other
Parties Claiming an Interest By, Through, Under or Against the Estate of Herbert S.
Morange a/k/a Herbert S. Morang, Jr., Deceased for a Suwannee County case. Final
Judgment was entered on December 6, 2022, and vacated on January 19, 2023 (the legal
description needed to be corrected). An Amended Complaint was filed on March 7, 2023,
but no defendants have been served since it was filed. At the hearing, Mr. Hudson
preemptively addressed the issues with respect to service, including the deficiencies with

the Notice of Publication. In order to complete service, Mr. Hudson requested a
continuance of this matter.
RECOMMENDATION:
Continue Case Management to November 8, 2023, at 1:30 p.m.
Ten (10) day exception period waived by those present and waived by those not present
based on the default entered and/or their failure to appear at a properly noticed hearing.
