      An order was entered on Jan 31, 2023 admitting counsel pro hac vice in the above
matter. Pursuant to Government Code 70617(e)(2), an attorney whose application to
appear as counsel pro hac vice has been granted shall pay to the superior court, on or
before the anniversary of the date the application was granted, an annual renewal fee of
five hundred dollars ($500) for each year the attorney maintains pro hac vice status in
the case in which the application was granted.
     NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the pro hac vice renewal fee of $500 is due and
payable to the San Francisco Superior Court. If the annual renewal fee is paid by Feb
28, 2024, then the order admitting counsel pro hac vice shall remain in full force and
effect for one more year. If the pro hac vice renewal fee is not paid by Feb 28, 2024,
then the out-of-state attorney's pro hac vice status will terminate on the anniversary
date of the pro hac vice admission. Counsel may check the court's website at

                             http://www.sfsuperiorcourt.org

to determine whether payment has been received and whether the attorney's status is
active or inactive. Once paid, renewal fees or any portion thereof are not refundable.

    Please make check payable to: San Francisco Superior Court. Send check with
cover letter and self-addressed, stamped envelope for the return of your receipt to: San
Francisco Superior Court, ATTN Court Supervisor, 400 McAllister Street, San Francisco,
CA 94102.
