Sufficient cause having been alleged therefore, it is hereby
ORDERED:
LET service of a true copy of this Order to Show Cause, together with copies of the
affirmation upon which it is based, be made, on or before the 10th day of
anuary 2024 upon 1) Deepak K. Ramchandani of Shoez, Inc. and Brands Unlimited
at 1357 Broadway--#411 New York, NY 10018 by FedEx overnight delivery and; upon 2)
counsel for Plaintiff, Yvette J. Sutton, Esq, of Lazarus & Lazarus, P.C. at 240 Madison
Avenue New York, New York 10016 by FedEx overnight delivery.
Opposition papers, if any, shall be filed on or before January 19, 2024. Reply papers, if any, shall be
