           Later today or tomorrow I will be sending you the Trial Transcript with our proposed
           corrections to settle the Transcript for the apeal. You will have 15 days to agree/object and
           submit your own corrections.

           I’m writing to see if you will agree to accept service of the transcript with proposed
           corrections by email so that I don’t have to kill a tree and print out the entire transcript and
           mail, which has already been filed.

           Please let me know as soon as you can.
