We represent Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and write in response to the Court’s order
dated December 19, 2023 and entered December 20, 2023 (NYSCEF Doc. No. 246). That order
directed Samsung to provide the Court with a proposed judgment with updated damages figures.
Attached to this letter is Samsung’s proposed judgment.
MPEG LA has requested that Samsung consent to enforcement of the judgment being
stayed pending appeal without the requirement of an undertaking, and Samsung is considering
MPEG LA’s request.
