THIS CAUSE having come before the undersigned General Magistrate, and having reviewed the
record and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, the Magistrate makes the following
findings of fact:
A. The General Magistrate and the Court have jurisdiction and the parties have consented to the
Magistrate hearing this case.
B. A Case Management Conference was held on Wednesday, July 19, 2023.
C. The parties have waived the period for filing Exceptions to the Magistrate’s Report.
IT IS THEREFORE RECOMMENDED THAT:
