being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1 The Plaintiff's name is FLORIDA DREAM LANDS, LLC., a Florida limited
liability company, and is the Plaintiff in this action.

2. Myles A. Hoover is the Plaintiffs attorney, and makes this Affidavit upon the
Affiant’s personal knowledge.
I know of my own personal knowledge that Defendant, EDWARD R. HOGAN, if
alive and if not his unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, or other parties
claiming by, through, under or against EDWARD R. HOGAN, is not on active duty in the
military service of the United States, nor has the Defendant been on active military
service of the United States within a period of thirty (30) days immediately before this date.
T understand that I am swearing or affirming under oath to the truthfulness of the
claims made in this Affidavit and that the punishment for knowingly making a false
statement includes fines and/or imprisonment.
