                       ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR LEAVE TO WITHDRAW

               THIS CAUSE came before the Court on the Motion For Leave To Withdraw filed by
        Defendant Ramon Cartagena and Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Tommy Cartagena Counsel of record.
        The Court having reviewed the Motion and been otherwise fully advised in the premises:

        IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

               1     The Motion for Leave to Withdraw is hereby GRANTED.
               2.   Ayana Cruz, Esquire and Vanstone Law Firm, LLC are permitted to withdraw as
                    counsel of record for the Defendants and are relieved of all further duties and
                    responsibilities for Defendants Ramon Cartagena and Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Tommy
                    Cartagena.
                    The Court stays this case for a period of 30 days to permit Defendant to obtain a new
                    attomey. Until a new attorney appears for Defendant, all further pleadings, motions,
                    notices, correspondence, and other documents shall be served directly on the
                    Defendants at the following address:
