would state as follows:
1 This Court originally granted Plaintiff's Motion for Final Summary Judgment and the Order set the sale
date for December 14, 2023.
Plaintiff requests this sale be cancelled due to defendant satisfying Final Judgment.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff respectfully requests the foreclosure sale scheduled for December 14, 2023,
