PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the defendants, WESTCHESTER MEDICAL CENTER
and WESTCHESTER COUNTY HEALTH CARE CORP., by attorneys WILSON, BAVE,
CONBOY, COZZA & COUZENS, P.C., hereby demand pursuant to CPLR Section 511 that the
plaintiff change the place of trial of the above action from KINGS COUNTY which is improper,
to WESTCHESTER COUNTY, which is the proper County pursuant to the CPLR Section
§505(a).
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the plaintiffs failure to consent to such a
change within the time prescribed by law shall result in a motion being made for this relief.
