As you may recall, I recently requested additional time in order to submit an Opposition to a
Motion of Summary Judgment. The other parties had agreed to provide me additional time to submit
the opposition and we had originally requested January 4, 2023. I understand that Your Honor was
only able to extend the deadline one week due to the upcoming holidays, but it is hoped my
submission today would be considered by the Court and that the other parties would have some time
to submit a Reply, if they so choose.
