As Your Honor is aware, our office represents the Plaintiff in the above-referenced matter.
We respectfully request an adjournment of the Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment
and non-party Thomas Newman's cross-motion for various relief and opposition to Plaintiff's
motion, all of which are currently returnable on December 20, 2023 to January 24, 2024 or January
Hills'
31, 2024. Notably, Defendant Sandy opposition to Plaintiff's motion was filed only as of
December 11, 2023 and Plaintiff will require additional time to prepare and file replies to both
Defendants'
opposition papers as well as Mr. Newman's cross-motion. With either proposed return
date, Plaintiff's reply and opposition papers would then be filed by January 17 2024.
The undersigned has made a request to all attorneys for consent, which consent has been
denied by counsel for Mr. Newman.
I am available for a Conference in the event the Court wishes to schedule same to address
Plaintiff's request.
