The hearing on Defendants’ Motions to Compel Arbitration of Adriana Tello and Ryne 22 Bass shall be continued to January 16, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. 23 2. Plaintiffs may file additional briefing not to exceed ten pages addressing the delegation 24 clause argument and case law identified by the Court.
