Hi Tony,
I called your cell on Thursday to get the details for the conference call, which didn't work out, but the call
went to voice maill If this the new paradigm for FI, maybe this email will show up on your i pad as well. lol
In the meantime, i spoke to the appraiser to set the guidelines for an appraisal and triple checked the IRR
numbers based on you and Lois converting to equity as you mentined.
We are still comfortably in the 12/14%
IRR range with a 6 % preferred return.
