needs, such as wheelchair accessibility or an interpreter, Plaintiff, JOSEPH ITARA or his counsel
must contact the undersigned Defendants/Third-Party Plaintiffs’ counsel’s office at the number

for all necessary arrangements.

physical examination may include any and all tests which are ordinarily a part of a general physical
